Pricing We make every effort to ensure that our pricing offers the best value to our customers. We will always try to offer the lowest price but if you find a cheaper price from an authorised dealer within Australia we will match or, in some cases, better the price. Prices are correct at time of publishing however prices subject to change without notice. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. Disclaimer: There may sometimes be genuine errors with our pricing due to technical or human error. In these instances we are not bound by the price offered in error but we will always look to give you the best deal we can within our normal pricing framework. Returns If your purchased item is: • faulty or damaged • different to that depicted or described to you, or • not functioning as intended we will offer a refund, repair, exchange or store credit as applicable. Some items are non-returnable. This includes but is not limited to: software, print music, DVDs, harmonicas etc. Please note: return freight is at your expense. Returned goods must include a copy of your sales receipt. It’s best to just come into the shop! For more information, please call us on 9370 1185. With the exception of warranty claims, return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the shipping date or within 7 days of receiving the goods.
